i believe that the young and vunerable should get some help and advice free or with minimal to pay for help with all the topics i have been through and if i can help i will.

Get a tape recorder and dictate your experiences into that as if you were telling someone about them, remember that you need to describe things in more detail because when you're telling someone face to face you can use expressions and gestures, you can't in print. For example, if you are describing the look on someone's face, you can impersonate it in a face to face encounter but it needs to be verbally described for the book ....A look of delight crossed her face and she exploded into the widest smile I'd ever seen; her eyes sparkled with joy ..... that type of thing.

Creating a blog would be helpful, if you want to share your experience and give an advice for free. If your blog will be interesting and useful, you will be able to make some money by adding some advertising in the web page content.
