You'd think Kirby would let you access them for free after paying so much for the vacuum... heavens no! We lost ours in a move and can't remember how to use certain features. Help someone!

It is pretty straight forward, why do you have to have a manual for? What are you trying to do? There has been a Kirby in my family for as long as I remember. OF course now, after seeing a consumer report, they aren't all that.!!! There are plenty of sweepers on the market today for less than half the price of a Kirby, that are just as good.. IF you add what you are trying to do, I can explain it...

I would try a search for Kirby on the internet. You've got to be able to find some sort of customer service phone # somewhere. Maybe look in your local yellow pages directory.
