Actually it's region free for games but not blu-ray movies. So any imported console would work with games.

no, but does have the blu-ray and upscaler for the dvd.
don't be too concerned, cos like everything else it can be " chipped " to make it region free

no it isnt but if youwant to get it chipped which i dont recomend because it is illeagel but then it would be region free
