What do you do if there's a guy u like and you want him to notice you?

I REALLY like this guy, and we r kinda friends, but he doesn't like me in that way.

Also, he already likes this other girl, & she likes him. They have danced at all of the school dances together, but i dont think that they are going out

The best advice that I can give you is to be yourself. Continue to be friends with this gentleman and spend some time with him. It'll give both of you guys and opportunity to get to know each other. Right now, he's saying that he doesn't like you in that way, but he might change his mind. If he doesn't change his mind, at least you know how he feels about you. You will never know unless you come out with it, he just might like you in that way. There was a guy who I liked for months but I was to shy to speak, so what I did is I gave him a letter. He was so surprised, then he told me that he liked me too, he just had thought I was seeing someone. I didn't know he found me attractive too.
In the letter I said he was the most beautiful person I ever seen with a personality to match. That made him very happy.
