underwear underneath!! just raise the dress a bit i guess - but when you wearing a dress like that you are probably going out to dinner or something. when i wore one like it, i didnt have to go until the dinner was over and i was back at home and changed into something else. intresting question though

It's like a skirt I believe. Most girls will wear underwear underneath and they'll hold up the dress and pull down the underwear. I'd think they'd wear underwear because if not then it would be pretty easy to see up or through a dress like that. Judging from the picture that girl is wearing pink underwear underneath so it'll blend in not sure maybe someone else can confirm. Doubt they'd wear shorts like a person above stated because they could be easily seen.

well they lift the skirt up and pull ther under wear down and most respectful girls have underwear on under maybe even small shorts
