Norton Internet Security and Anti-Virus. I have used this software for about 6 years and have never had a problem.

For browsing the Internet their is NOTHING better than the Internet Freedom Disk.

Kaspersky rocks. It ain't cheap, but it is the best.
Norton is OK - but kind of bogs down the system.
McAfee sucks. Period.
AVG has a free version of anti-virus, but it is so-so.

for anti virus i highly reccomend avast home edition, its free and a very good program. for anti spyware i use adaware se personaj and spybot search and destroy, both are free and can be found on google, get avast from www.avast.com
