No, instead they are doing spin-offs like:

and

they're both prequels. In Magneto he's basically fighting Nazis and Wolverine is about Wolverine's past and from what I read in the plot summary it sounds like they are going to be true to the comics for once. Now if they could only have done that with the movies... -.-

No they are not. The directors, the producers, and the cast have said that "the Last Stand" was the final one. But there has been some rumors of a spin-off starring Wolverine.

Perhaps someone should tell Rothman that the end of the Lord of the Rings was indeed actually the end of the whole series. He might have missed that part.
So all this talk of "this is the end of THIS saga". This particular story line in X-Men is indeed finished... but there are more to come. Heck... the Wolverine spinoff is basically going to be X-Men 4 with a new title. Make no mistake... there will be MANY more X-Movies. "

NO!!!!!!! No more X-men because they all suck! Wolverine should have wore his mask with the x-suit and Scott and Jean should never get killed. He is their leader and Jean is his wife. Jean is like the mother figure of the team. And they are stupid enough to kill off Xavier. Hello, McFly? What were they thinking? Without Xavier there is no X-men. Singer and Ratner are idiots and a moron. Singer destroyed both Superman and X-men franchise like Schumacher for the original Batman series. They are all idiots!

They should because "spoiliers" Magnito gets his powers back and if you fastfoward through the credits Charles talks to a nurse or some lady and Jean can always bring her self back to life agian they cant just leave us hanging like that. Anyways they are at that making spinoffs of the movies with one on Magneto and Wolvarine.
