After five days, you should be healing. However, before any activity that could be deemed as strenuous, you may want to ask your doctor. It has obviously been a while for you and sex could be vigorous. (lucky him) so check with your doctor before letting him jump your bones. Ripping an incision could be painful and cause bleeding that you may not be able to stop.

You should get a doctors opinion... I think the doctor would tell you to wait. Even if you just layed there and let your partner do all the work... you're still going to be exerting energy in those "muscles you didn't know you had"... which probably include the muscles affected in your surgery.

5 days is not very long after major surgery. Whether you are comfortable now with no pain or not, your body still has not had enough time to heal and recuperate. When you have your Follow Up appointment with your Physician, ask him.

Take it easy for about 2 weeks after the surgery to give time for the scar to strengthen.

If you insist before this you can adopt postures where you do not put any strain on the skin wound.

Best Wishes

Aks your doctor. In the meantime, oral sex is still ok.
