If my girl friend has trouble putting a female condom in, can I use my penis to help guide it in? Or should I /she use fingers only?

use your fingers if that dosen/t work then use your whole hand.just be careful not to tare the vagina walls.

Put a condom on yourself also. Don't leave all the responsibility up to the girl. Be responsible and do your part too.
