Could I get fired for reporting them?

We have several mexican guys working with us and most of them are cool the only real ones we have a problem with are the illegal ones. I got my friend a job with them and they were being racists (calling him a white ***** in spainish) and i reported it to the boss which are also mexicans and they ignored it. And when we get work close to check points they all quit and try to come back later when we move away from the check points.

No we do not have the same job I work in the office and they do not. I am not a racist or bitter about anything. My issue is them causing problems in my work enviroment not by being mexican but by being (illegal). I have worked with them long enough to know which guys are really here illegally which are not. Many of the guys openly admit being here illegally and have several different stolen ID's, SS cards, that I have on record.

Don't report them within the company - report them to immigration. Then it will be anonymous and you will be protected.

No, and if you do, then slap a lawsuit on your company very quickly. Call the INS tip line. If nothing happens, then call the local news media, let them do a story on your company, with you giving details, with the understanding that your identity will not be revealed. News medias love to dig up dirt on people. Best of luck to you.

Report them to the INS anonymously. Give their names and if you can get them, their addresses as well. More people should be doing this. You are a good citizen when you do. And don't let it go either! Follow up on it. If nothing is done, call the INS back and re-report it.

How does it effect you...if it really does effect you in a negative way then you should report them to the border patrol but if their just doing their jobs and arn't a negative problem to you except for the fact their illegal, leave it alone.

You can keep your mouth shut and keep your job, or you can report them, and yes, probably get fired, or you can make an anonymous telephone call.

What does it say about you, that you have the same job skills as illegal aliens? My guess is that you are bitter about your lack of success in your life.
