You can always ask Lexmark to send you a driver on disk. You can try to save the driver to disk when downloading it then install it from your hard drive. if you are using Win XP let XP try and install it for you. Many ways around it. sounds like you may have a firewall issue too. if it gets to the end and aborts then try turning off your firewall and downloading it again. I would save it to disk rather than let it run from it's current location though - you will probably have better luck - PeAcE

You may need to see if it is listed under your add/remove programs. If it is uninstall then go to the company website and look up the information for your specific product. If you still can't find them google device drivers.
