Well,at times I feel as though I were acting.I'm talking about everyday life.In certain situation you're supposed to laugh and you must do it even if you feel exactly the opposite.
In other situations you're supposed to be serious even if you would like to blow out laughing.I know that this can sound childish, but actually children are the only honest ones who always express their real feelings.I just wish sometimes people were more natural.

Yup, those are the unspoken rules of polite American society. Everyone feels that way sometimes. But the reason that we have these underlying social regulations is to ensure that people can basically get along with each other. It doesn't mean that the rules are always right, or that they can't be changed - it doesn't even mean that they always work (people don't always interact politely, obviously). But that's what they're there for.
It's good to know what you are "supposed" to do in a situation, even if you don't feel like doing it. If you know why it's called for, and why you do it even if you don't feel like it, then at least you are aware of the ways in which society invisibly regulates our actions. And if you are aware of it, you can make conscious choices to act more honestly (while still being polite), as well as understand why those around you act the way they do - you might even be able to influence them enough to get those social regulations to change a little bit.

I hear you, but we have generally accepted rules of modesty and politeness for a reason.

If I hit somebody every time i was offended, my hands would be in bandages all the time.

I'm not sure I understand your question completely, but I just wanted to remind you that there's reasons why we have to act, at times, for the better good of a greater number of people.

You are expected to play many roles in life, from child, to parent, to employee and more. True happiness comes when you learn to just be yourself in all those situations.

yeah!
but I don't mind acting, as long as i don't have to do it all the time.

If people were more natural??? woah!...,lol! I don't think i want everyone to "keep it real" all the time! That is a litttle scary
