I'm in the Green Bay area and also planning a wedding so your question interested me very much! I looked all over in the phone book and could only come up with two places-- Belles of Elegance and Du Bois Formalwear, both in Green Bay. They both have ads saying they rent but didn't specify if it was only mens formalwear or if they also rent dresses. Sorry couldn't be of more help!
How about finding a seamstress to make a dress for you? It would probably be cheaper than buying one off the rack. Or, try the resale shops in the area, they may carry bridesmaid dresses.
