It's probably a scam. There are a lot of people that delight in pretending to be him, and other celebs for that matter. Don't get caught up into thinking it's him. Besides, there's not been any talks of an upcoming tour from him right now anyway. I do hope you'll just ignore whomever it is that is emailing you, and move on from there. Someone is getting a good laugh, and unfortunately it's at your expense. If he was ever yo contact you, it would be through his publicist or manager, via the Official Fan Club/Web Site.
