I am not sure what the laws are these days on cousins dating but you should find that out first. there is a way you can tell him you love him by getting a teddy bear with i love you on it and giving it to him or something similar. its considered incest and is illegal, dont say anything to him and get over these feelings you have for him, because even if you told him and he loved you back(fat chance) and someday got married/ had sex, got preg. Your kids would end up with birth defects from incest with your cousin so stay away. Consider it a crush and move on.
