yes and no, reason is because hurricanes typically spurn many tornadoes durning a storm,so if it is true that global warming effects hurricanes it could also effect the size and strenght of tornados produced by hurricanes

no...but i did see a guy on tv who thought that global warming caused the tornado to hit his home. "he didn't deserve for his home to be destroyed...he paid all his taxes"
