ugh! that is so.... annoying!
Tell her to go dispose the diaper in a public trash can (that might help!) :)

Some kids take a longer time than 3 years to be fully potty trained. If your guest's kid still pass stools in his diaper, ask the mom to put the dirty diaper in a plastic waste bag, put this waste bag in another, close both the bags tightly and keep away in a closed cardboard box. The guest would go away soon and it is not right to throw the diaper out of the house unless there is a public garbage bin. By the way at what age did you and your kids (if you have any) get fully potty trained? At age 1? Then you should start giving lessons on this to other moms and dads and earn some money.

well, what are you going to do - babies crap. I can't imagine taking a baby outside in the cold to change diapers. Sounds a bit cruel. However, I understand completely what you are talking about! Smelly diapers are the pits.
You've got to get her to change the diapers in a place you specify, such as the bathroom with the door closed, and then she *must* bag up the offending item and take it out to the trash immediately. That's really not too much to ask.
If she's any kind of friend, she'll understand and she'll comply to your rules. If you're any kind of a friend, you'll not kick her to the curb!!
Good luck to ya!

Interesting.
Consider this argument: People have the right to refuse to let others smoke in their homes, why not ban loaded diapers?
