Harry Potter...?

do you like harry potter stuff...? whats going to happen in next book..?

I'm a huge HP fan! But I don't agree with a vast majority of fans who think Harry will die. I do think that Voldemort will be defeated - I can't beleive J.K. Rowling would put us through this loooong agony just to see evil triumph. She owes us a happy ending! lol
A side from that, I think that Snape will die and, as she has said there will be a death that will cause fans "distress", a character we all love - possibly someone from the Weasly family?
I also think that Aberforth Dumbledore (Dumbledore's brother from the Hog's Head) will become a major character in the last installment. My theory is that Dumbledore patronized his brother's pub to leave him important information to relay to Harry in case of his (DD's) death.

Oh, and my favourite characters are Dumbledore *sigh* and Lupin.

Hi my name is Cala, and I am a Potter-holic! It is a race between me and my niece to see who can finish the book first. Then, we have to discuss it in private because everyone else in our families just watch the movies. A shame actually since they leave out a lot from the books.
To be honest I don't know that I really have a favorite character through all the books. I can relate to each one on a different level. So, I would say that my favorite changes book to book, chapter to chapter. They all have very well planned backgrounds and interesting things that happen to them each book.
I agree that it would just be upsetting if Voldemort wins at the end of the series. (Which I don't think he will.) But, that would be what is least expected, and J.K. Rowling has proven to do that. Everyone knows that at least one main character is going to die in the last book. The only foreshadowing that has been at just a little is about Neville. Either Harry or Neville could have been marked Voldemort's equal. I think that Neville will play an important role in the down fall of Voldemort. Snape could be the one that dies because we really don't know what side he is on. If the Order finds out that he is definantly against them they could kill him, if it is the Death Eaters they would kill him.
One thing I know for sure is that the last book is going to be an absolute page turner. Each of the books has been better then the last, because we find out more about all the characters. Maybe, J.K. will have a change of heart and go at least one more book past this. So we can see what life is like for them after school, and the fall (or rise) of Voldemort.

I LOVE the Harry Potter books. They are AMAZING! Soooo much better than the movies.

Anyway, my favorite character was Sirius just because he was cool. I also like Lupin, Luna, and Snape (yes I know, he's evil but I like him anyway).

In the next book there's going to be a showdown between Voldemort and Harry for sure. Two people are going to die. All questions are going to be answered. And things are going to be very exciting but different. I cant wait.

Have fallen in love with the world of Harry Potter. I came to it all kind of late because I just felt at first it wouldn't be my style. Then my daughter mentioned that one of the Deacons at church said they shouldn't read it and she wanted to know why, so I went to the library checked out a copy and have been hooked everysince.

For the next book I believe it will be Harry's search for the remaining Horcruxes. I think he will have help from the members of the DA and eventually it will lead to the destruction of Lord Voldemort.

My favorite character is Neville. There is just something so sweet about him. You just want to protect him from all of the bad things in the world.

I also love those rotten twins Fred and George. They love getting into trouble.

My favorite character is Hermione because sometimes she reminds me of myself as a nerd, I used to like Harry but with time he kinda became stupid and I don't like him as much as I did.

And I loved Sirius too

What I think will happen in the book, is that Harry will travel around during the summer looking for Horoxes but show up to Hogwartz and then just wonder around.

In the book Harry might just die because he's nothing really that special, he's just a mediocre wizard...

And I don't think Voldemort will be defeatesd

I love the Harry Potter books. They are extremely well-written, interesting, and just beg to be read. All we know of the next book is that a major character will not survive, who is anybody's guess. I really enjoy Hagrid - pure of heart and soul, the essence of love.

I like it, my son does too. Harry is one of my favorite characters but I also lilke Hagrid...he's goofy.

I don't keep up with the books though, I don't have enough time. ISn't the next book the last one though?

I am very excited for the new movie to come out - it has been like 2 years!

I kinda didn't like it at first but after the first chapter i was totally caught up into it. My fave character would be Fred and George. I mean,They come up with all these pranks for other people to fall into. They are really funny. Hmmm..I think malfoy would become friends with harry . Ireally want that It will be fun to watch ron and him fight.
