IT ROCKS
LATEST GAME KINGDOM HEARTS 2 M LOOKING FOWARD TO THE THIRD ONE. LOOK AT TE TITLEFOR THE GAME I MADE UP. KINGDOM HEARTS 3:WAR OF THE KEYBLADES.
NOW WACH SOMEONE THINK THATS THE ACTUAL TITLE.

KH is an EXCELLENT franchise. I was hesitant because of the whole disney/kiddie aspect. but my friends swore by it's quality and I picked it up last year and loved it. the second one is good too. the battle system is better, the story is not.
KH2 is the most recent release for the franchise.
Square-Enix just released Rogue Galaxy which is supposed to be great as well. I went to get it a couple days ago, but ended up getting Final Fantasy 12 instead, which is really good as well.
also, for $20 you can get Dragon Quest 8. it's turn based combat, but it's done really well and isn't intimidating for a beginner. the story and art direction are great as well.
but Rogue Galaxy's comabt system was compared to Kingdom Hearts in the couple reviews I've read. so gameplay-wise, that would be your best substitute.
if you have an Xbox, Fable is great too.

yeah kh is a good game.
and if youre talking about most recent kh game to come out. kh2 was the last one, but kh:fm2 is being released in japan soon.
