Well if it was me I would invite some friends over and party in my basement .. haveing music and party foods. then maybe just all hanging and watching some scary movies and munching on popcorn. You can never go wrong on pizza and chips or popcorn to start a party, cause your too young to drink and it' bad anyways to do that. anyways hope this idea helps ya.
