toothbrush n toothpaste, just dont rub too hard orr you will end up with sore puffy lips... if all else fails, go over yur lips with foundation and then with a lighter colour.

Try using an oil based waterproof eyemakeup remover. I wear the long lasting lipstick from Revlon and take it off every night with my eyemakeup remover. Don't just use your fingers, rub it off gently with a cotton makeup pad like you would use to remove the eye makeup. Then use your cleanser and rinse and check it out, if it doesn't work, dry your lips & try it again, if it still doesn't... then I don't know. Good luck hun.

You can try to use eyemakeup remover or a little rubbing alcohol. If that doesn't work try putting some vasaline on your lips, waiting 20 minutes and then brushing your lips with a soft bristled toothbrush. It is probably stuck because your lips are a little dry, and the vasaline/toothbrush will get rid of any and all dead or dry skin on your lips.

mix a little rubbing alcohol, make up remover, and clinique face wash and take a warm wash cloth and scrub it off. hopefully, you'll get enough off with the mix to cover it up with something else. there isn't really much else you can do.
