penis size has nothing to do with semen production or amounts. it's all made and stored within your body and testicles, not the penis itself.

Since I am not a girl, I have no answer for you but I felt compelled to write that this question has to rank in the top ten questions I have seen on Y7 that really lack any huge gains of knowledge from any answers that people give.
