Lol at answer above me. That wont even work. On the card it says it must be scanned before the code can be activated. So nope you cant get any for free.

Microsoft has hinted that in the near future they might give points away as part of promotional gimick or an awards program. Other than that you will just have to pay up like everyone else right now.
