I recommend that you change your positions as you have too many hitters and not enough pitchers.

I am running a yahoo league where I use the following positions:

2 Catchers
1 1st Baseman
1 2nd Baseman
1 3rd Baseman
1 Shortstop
1 Middle infielder (Shortstop or 2nd Baseman)
1 Corner infielder (1st or 3rd Baseman)
5 Outfielders
1 Utility Player (any position)
4 Starting Pitchers
2 Relief Pitchers
4 Additional Pitchers (they can be either starters or relievers)
6 Bench Players

Best of luck!

It depends on a lot of stuff, like how big your league is. How you have it configured right now is almost what yahoo standard is (RPs are included though for two spots). I suggest looking at how competitive the people you have in your league are. If you have a bunch of guys who love baseball you can make it a league where more players are required (such as the 2 catcher system mentioned above), if you just have a bunch of casual players the way you have it set up now should be just fine.

I'd add a couple of RP spots and a third P spot and increase the roster size by two or three. It also makese sense to add at least a couple of DL spots. If you want to make things a bit challenging add a second catcher and maybe a MI (Middle Infield) and CI (Corner Infield). I also usually add at least one extra stat category. My favorite for hitters is OPS (on base plus slugging) and for pitchers I often add holds.

I like to use the conventional
2 c
1 1b
1 2b
1 3b
1 ss
1 mi (middle infielder)
1 ci (corner infielder)
5 OF
1 Utility
9 pitchers (either starters or relievers)

1 c
1 1b
1 2b
1 ss
1 3b
3 of
1 if
2 util
2 sp
2 rp
4 p
hitting stats:r,h,hr,rbi,avg,k's,tb
pitching stats:ip,w,s,holds,k's,era,whip
6 bench spots
this is how i always run a league with 10 people instead of 12
i like the innings pitched category so that mgrs wont be so tempted to bench their pitchers on the last day to win era/whip
also i like holds so middle rp's have some value instead of sitting in free agency.

Mine is similar to one of the previous posts...
1c
1 1b
1 2b
1 3b
1 ss
1 mi
1 ci
5 of
2 util/dh
10 pitcher (SP/RP)

and btw this and the other one are the two most conventional ways, so the post saying it isnt conventional doesnt know what he is saying.
