I have fear of failure, my academic background and expectations of everybody put even more preassure. The schools that my children attend are expensive. Actually, I have a high responsibility leadership position that I have no idea to manage well. My performance and knowledge reflect a position that represents half the salary I am making.

you have two options and I am not trying to sound rude, but here they are:
1. focus
2. quit
also talk to your boss, maybe you are doing things that are not included in your job discription
