How do I make a tear off line in MS Publisher?

I need to write a letter to my scout troop about a camp, and need to know how to insert those scissor lines above the slip for the parents. Thanks!

Draw your line, then right click it, format autoshape, then select from the dashed drop down box.

If you select a font of wingdings you should be able to find a pair of scissors there. Then just put dashes after the scissors for the rest of the line

I have no idea, but you might get better answers if this was in the right category. It's in "Games and Recreation" but it should be in "software"
