Why do my boobs hurt. I'm 13. No, I'm not pregnant. And all of the girls' boobs hurt whenever they (their boobs) get hit or something. it hurts. We're only in the 8th grade.
Why do they hurt?

It could be cuz u r getting older and your body is changing so it may get tender and as a result hurt, and if your breasts get hit then it will definitely hurt cuz it's fat and it hanging off of your body it doesn't have bone to shield it jus b more aware of them.

Are you near your period they get tender around the time of period
