It depends how long they have been at the club, Ferguson has won more trophies in number, but has been at the mancs for over 20 years, if you compare this to say wenger who has been at arsenal only 10 years. And take note of how long it took Ferguson to start winning silverware, wengers first 5 years in charge at arsenal were massively better than the Scots.

That must be Alan Ferguson. He's manager for such a long time, if he gained only one piece of silverware every third year in the average, that's already a lot overall, and he's on his way to get at least another one this year.
