does someone else have access to your PC or bank account? they could have signed up for that stuff.. which, well, if it's your boyfriend or husband, you have some bad news to deal with because friendfinder.com is a dating site
if on the other hand someone you don't know stole your credit card info, you need to call the bank about it, you can dispute the charges and get a new card

Try calling your bank and tell them that these were not authorized purchases and that payment needs to be stopped. You might not get your money back but at least you won't be billed any more for it. You may also have to pay a stop payment fee, but since someone obviously has your information, it is a small price compared to what might happen if you don't. You should also tell your bank that you need a different account number for all of your information concerning them. Keep an eye on any other credit or debit cards you have. As a precaution, I would change any information you can, meaning account numbers and have different cards issued.

First, call your bank and tell them to block both charges. Then contact each site and tell them you did not subscribe to their services and want to know how they charged you. If the sites are legitimate, they will work with you and may even offer a refund. If the sites are not totally honest, they probably will not help much. But at least you won't continue paying for something you don't use or want. On the internet, it's easy to sign up for "free" stuff that ends up costing you a lot. So be careful when you see "free" offers. Very little in life is really free.

If it's a credit card account, you need to call your credit card company and tell them that the charges are not legitimate. Tell them you never authorized those charges. In addition, once your find out what company is charging to your account, call them also to immediately discontinue service and any future charges to you. You can also lodge your complaints on the company's websites. Be agressive in refuting these charges. They are after your money, and your money is yours unless you say otherwise.

contact your bank asap! someone may have gotten your account information. be honest and tell them you don't remember doing it. in most cases you can get your money back and they can investigate if it is a case of fraud. you definitely want to take care of this before any more serious charges occur. we encountered something similar and suspect it was from using our check card at a restaurant given at the table and they take it somewhere to ring up the bill and may have written down our number. now we never allow our check card out of our sight!

take the paper work up to your bank, and ask for a detailed explanation, as to what it's all about, and ask to review all the documents that you would have signed to activate that account, and see if your signature appears any ware on it.
If you feel maybe you were ripped off some how, go and see the banks presedent, or report possable wrong doing to police

is there a phone number next to the charge printed on your statement? If so, call it.
Sounds like it could be magazine subscriptions or something you signed up for online like website memberships?

Contact your bank and have them stop payment. You may want to have have your computer looked at by a qualfied tech to see if your system has been compromised.
