Losing 10 pounds in one month isn't exactly healthy, but getting there won't be too hard cause the first 5 pounds are just water weight. Eat 5 small meals a day, SMALL portions, cut out sugar as much as possible (if not in food, drinks at least...no juice....sooo much sugar), lots of water and cardio everyday (normally 3-4 days a week would do, but you've got a time limit). For the cardio, run sprints every other day (run for 30 seconds as hard as you can, then walk for 60 seconds, do this for at least 30 minutes a day), then on the other days, try to do long distance running. Again, for at least 30 min. (your body doesn't start burning fat until 15 minutes aftter you start, so 30 min, 15 minutes of burning fat....the longer the better) I weighed 150 at the begining of November and I'm back to 134 with 10 pounds to go. Good luck!!!!

It would be achievable though a little fast if you needed to lose it but at your height you would be underweight if you lost 10lbs. This means that not only would it be very difficult to lose, it would be impossible to maintain if you don't want to spend the rest of your life struggling with a diet. Why not just tone up, you'll lose some inches and feel and look better and it would be loads more healthy.

○MG!!!! that's easy well that's if you stick with a balanced diet and daily excercise or maybe I'm just saying that because I'm a teenager that's really active... but the best advice that I can give you is do any excercise that you enjoy doing it could be anything like cleaning the house, surfing, snowboarding, running or jogging at the beach,it doesn't really matter as long as you sweat that's how you know you are loosing calories **G○○d LUCK**:)

exercise. only drink water, my mom only drank water for a year and she lost so much weight. diet, cut out fatty foods and snacks, you should eat every 3 hours even if you arent hungry just so you dont eat more later when you are hungry. but make sure those little snacks are healthy (like fruit).
good luck!
