No doubt it's a much more focused, intense look at management through case studies, etc. Degree will be helpful in the job search afterward.

Because its a general degree, like a liberal arts for bachelor's. You can use it for almost anything. You would probably learn a lot about leadership roles that you could use towards growing in a job position.
