How can I get a tour of Pixar Animation Studios?

How can I get a tour there at Pixar's even if I'm not a friend or family member of anybody that works there?

Can the public tour the Pixar facility?
Due to production demands and confidentiality issues, we are a closed studio and do not offer tours
