In Florida can a person legally go door-to-door and give their neighbors a flyer they have made up with another neighbors arrest record and instructing people to call the police with any suspicious active?
Please note the person has not gone to court or being found guilty of anything yet. Please give your reference source.

Arrest records are public information, just look up your states department of corrections on the web. Some department of corrections websites will allow anyone to see someones arrest record, and will also tell if the person is in jail, and whatever their rap sheet is, of things they may have done in the past.

Since the information is for the public's eyes I can't see any reason why it would be illegal for people to tell other neighbors about this, unless the neighbors don't like what that person is doing. Most of the time, even if there is a record of arrest, it won't show up for a few months, depending on the severity of the crime the person was arrested for.

You appear to be black. Statistically this makes anyone living near you who is not black 250 times more likely to be a victim of violent crime. Statistic provided courtesy of the DOJ. Now go warn your neighbors about yourself and your family if you really want to do some good.

If you were my neighbor I would slam the door in your face, but not before warning you to be prepared for a lawsuit for slander. Florida resident or not.
