Because of your coloring, I bet you could pull off a nice dark blue eye shadow to match your shirt. Just put it near the lash line. Purple eyeshadow looks good with brown eyes, too. =)

I would recommend doing like a shadow effect. Put turquoise colored eyeshadow near the base of your eye lids and then run some dark brown (maybe with some glitter) over the top and blend a bit. That way it matches your outfit and your hair/eyes.

If you have a white eyedshadow and a turquoise eye shadow.. apply the turquoise on the lower eye lid and use the white eyeshadow on the wider part of the eye. Wet your brush a little when applying the turquoise. It will give the shadow a deep smokey look that will bring out the brown in your eyes...apply a creamy white or silke lip balm to your lips and wha la--r glamour material..
good luck

i think you should use dark blue or black eyeshadow. It actually, matters where you are going. if you're hanging out w/ friends, wear some dark blue,or go with a gold or brown. if you're going somewhere special, u can wear that or something black. if you want you're eyes to pop out a lot, u should add white eyeliner in the tip of you're eyelids. it would make you seem less tired and make u look me alive and awake.

I would probably just wear neutral eyeshadow, or if not you could try that whitish silver color, it looks really pretty on tan people. Dont get too colorful, bright green or blue or w/e looks weird. Good luck!

Goldish brown. And if you are only moderately tan, then may I suggest a light baby blue? You could also try a pinkish purple, but that might look a little funky.

There are distinct techniques to positioned on shade eyeshadow's so as that they don't look trashy. It specially relies upon on your technique in software, yet often times on your determination of shade too. i ought to illustrate to positioned on many of the shade-intensity in the route of the lashes, and be conscious all round the interest socket. relax your eye and look immediately contained in the replicate. Use something else of product contained in the bristles of your brush contained in the crease so as that a "wash" of the shade "peeks" out even as searching immediately ahead. Purples in structure maximum eyecolours, yet i ought to circumvent it in case your eye's have a tendency to look "bloodshot" or teary. infant Blue seems acceptable on an rather brilliant mild blue eye, infrequently on the different eye, rather a eco-friendly eye, eco-friendly is a good shade to bypass for, yet when your eye is eco-friendly, i ought to bypass for further of an olive or darker eco-friendly.
