Knowledge is knowledge and if people can find the information that they need on the internet then I guess as far as knowledge goes we are just as knowledgeable. Though I believe that our generation lacks the resourcefulness of other generations because we could just put in a search querry and have the answers in less than a minute, but other generations had to read through books and many at that to get a good set of answers to choose from. In reading those books they couldn't just que in on what their looking for they actually had to read through and probally pick up knowledge about other stuff as well.

This all depends on what you use the internet for, and where you get your information on the internet.

I would have to say in the broad spectrum yes we can be more knowledgeable because of the ease of accessing knowledge from the internet.

I guess it really all depends on how you go about useing it.
the internet is filled with infinit knowledge but also with a bunch of junk as well.
It all depends on the user, what they are searching for they will probably find. :]
