I'm gonna say bad, only because they are totally opposites in every way. My dad is cancer and I'm Libra, as growing up we really never got along, always at odds with everything. Now we're ok as I'm now older, but as for a couple, not a good combination.

I wonder that myself I am a libra and I have been attracted to a few cancers. I dated one for quite a while and it was really exciting but it was a lot work too.Maybe look at chinesse zodiak and see if your year signs match up.

cancer, libra, leo, etc.. doesn't matter as long as two people love, care, and respect, each other meaning treat them the way you want to be treated even if you go first without losing your self dignity!
