Your network administrator may not allow certain downloads or websites. I think many administrators would prefer downloaded music to streaming because of bandwidth issues but that may be their call.

If you are at work stop trying this, if you are at home on top of your browser select tools, Internet Options, Security Tab, Select Internet then, select Privacy Tab move the slider to the bottom you will be accepting all cookies, then select apply.. CAUTION all security setting have been set to the lowest setting possible, after you download the songs change every back to default setting XP also has a Firewall Temporally turn it off now it should work

HAVE FUN!!!

That actually looks like a security setting in your browser. I can't guarantee this will work because the browser may be controlled from Directory Services (server) but do this >>
(assuming you use windows) start > run > type (no quotes) >"inetcpl.cpl" > go to the security tab > click custom level > drill down to Downloads > you'll see a 'File Download' radio button. Make sure its on 'enable'.
(Oh and if you're stealing the music....well, that's up to you to decide /wink wink)
