there was 30,136 gun deaths alone in the U.S. in 2003. So all over the world, i'd say quite alot. And probably have risen since then.

The FBI had a over 8000 killed by guns in 2012. The Idea of 30,000 people killed by firearms is someones pipe dream.

In the US more people are killed by cars. With children (14 and under) more are killed in accidents with bicycles and with toddlers, about ten times more drown.

While more than 50% of fatal auto accidents involve alcohol there is no media outcry to outlaw bars.

There is not movement to regulate bicycles.

There is no outrage against people who have swimming pools.

None. They are killed by people, with guns.

None.People are killed by other people who USED a gun.How many people were beaten to death last year,knifed to death,etc.Guns do not kill people,people kill people.Please do not blame our races penchant for violence and killing on guns.

2.7% will die of diabetes.
2% will die by suicide or homicide. ( That's 1 in every 50 of us)
0.7% will die of AIDS.
20% will die of all other causes.
