any signs such as pain, bleeding as in a regular miscarriage?

Sometimes there is signs, but not always. Sometimes people won't find out until they go in for a Doctors appointment. I saw your other question, try drinking a soda, then relax in a semi-reclined position. If you are not moving around then you will be more likely to feel the baby move. If you are really concerned then go to the ER where they can hook you up to a monitor, but even if you do that, have a bit of caffeine first to get the baby moving.

there would be bleeding but sumtimes it may not be present.there may not be pain but sumtimes there wud be discharge.u wouldnt be able to feel the baby moving or its heartbeat.if u hv lost d baby n no signs of bleeding thn u will hv low blood pressure,anemia,headache,spots in ur eyes,weakness etc.best check with a doctor

there could be, but alas you could continue with the pregnancy, have you noticed a lack of fetal movements? If your concerned I would contact your DR ASAP for an ultrasound.

first question...why would you want your baby to die...think positive i mean i know you may not want the baby to die its just that please dont think about that and yes there is pain like in labor...its like going into labor....hope its not you
