and one more ques what is the difference between .....ddr ram and ddr2 ram.....

A Pentium D is basically two Pentium 4s on one die. This allows you to multitask much easier, therefore the Pentium D is better.

DDR2 is an updated version of DDR, it has faster clock speeds. That stuff about two channel the last guy was talking about is not true though, not really sure what he was talking about.

pentium 4 and ddr ram is different from ddr2 ram in the way that its slower and its an older model.. ddr2 is updated

the Pentium D is much newer, and is dual core (i.e. two processors in one). DDR2 is two-channel (much faster) RAM than DDR.
