First measure under the bust and then find your band size from the list below:

Underbust - Band Size

25 inches: 28 band size
26 inches: 30 band size
27 inches: 30 band size
28 inches: 32 band size
29 inches: 32 band size
30 inches: 34 band size
31 inches: 34 band size
32 inches: 36 band size
33 inches: 36 band size

Next measure around the fullest part of the bust across the nipples. The difference in inches between the band size and the bust measurement corresponds to your cup size. Find out your cup size from the list below.

0 inch difference: AA cup
1 inch difference: A cup
2 inch difference: B cup
3 inch difference: C cup
4 inch difference: D cup
5 inch difference: DD (E) cup
6 inch difference: F cup

For example, if you measure 28 inches under your bust, that would make you a 32 band size. And if you measure 34 inches around the fullest part of the bust, that is a two inch difference, making you a B cup. So your bra size would be 32B.

Now, you can find your bra size.

Good luck : )

Every brand sizes slightly differently. With trial & error you will find a particular brand or two that fit you perfectly. The traditional method is to measure yourself while wearing a bra. Have a friend help you if you can. Have her measure around your ribcage, underneath your actual breasts. Then have her measure evenly around the largest part of your chest.

Take the first, smaller number (the one from your ribcage) and add five. If it's an odd number, add one. That is your basic size (32, 34, e.g.)

Now look at how many inches difference there is between that number and the measurement around your biggest part of your chest. One inch = A cup; two inches = B cup; three inches = C cup.

There is no substitute for just trying on tons of bras, though. I'd try a good department store. Grab a bunch of styles by different makers in a variety of sizes. The bra should lay flat across your back and in between your breasts and not gape or pull anywhere.

Good luck! (Bras & jeans are the hardest -- bring a friend for moral support.)

You meant Bra sizes above, right? Not Bar sizes? Are you measuring the right way? Maybe go to Victoria's secret. They will measure for you and tell you exactly what size to get. Their bras are crazy expensive, so maybe just get measured then buy bras elsewhere. Also, I believe that some department stores like Macy's will measure for you. I'd call first though. I'd get a professional measurement if you are having trouble finding ones that fit you. Hail to the small boob club! I'm not only the president, I'm a member!!! :-)

The answer above me is the best.

Here is another hint-- If you are a small cup size (i.e. like a small "B", but you definately need the "B" cup) look at the padded Balconet bras. As long as everything gets covered. They were made for women who are at the smaller end of the cup size.

How do I know this? ehhh I read the forum a lot.

first you should mesure your cup size because a 34 can mean a 34 a b c or d (i.e)your a 34 B but you pick up a 34d then of course it is going to be too big but if you pick up a 34B you should be good and u can always go ask a bra fitter or get fitted again

Go to Victoria's Secret or Department stores in your area. Most good stores have trained people who will help you buy the right size bra for you. Then when you find the right size for you,buy some sexy bras that make you feel special.

I read the answers first, so I could see if anyone picked up on it. You asked for BAR sizes, not BRA sizes. Typo I no, but it is worth 2 points
