It is not possible. America is a perfect example how it can't work. Multiculturalism has done nothing but mutliply the amount of inequity and the number of wars throughout the world due to political correctness (aka scourge of humanity).

rubbish ,history has proved nothing of the kind ,on the contrary ,
all ancient civilizations ,that were traders,
had multiple race societies in their capitals,Alexandria,Rome,Athens
,in Mexico was discovered a native American city with at least 15 different racial districts,
South Africa is called the Rainbow Nation
,Go to Jo Burg and you will see Representatives of just about every culture in the world,Chinese,Japan,Malaya
,Dutch,English,German;
French,Israel,Arab,Indian,etc
and countless black races
you sound as if you are a racist yourself and hope to prove a point ,but you will loose this one
the racial boundaries that are becoming clearer in the Americas are created by Government propaganda in preparation of the New World Order that wants to dominate the globe by force and a racist hate full public is necessary to support the coming war effort and be soldiers
,this has happened many times in the past ,and this history has proved countless times ,but you people are to blind to see it

Its possible if the people there can look past there differences and see there similarities. And it does work, the Republic of Mauritius, there are so many different ethnicities and religions there and they all get along quite well because they accept people for who they are. They don't look at differences they see similarities.
