You should be OK. You are not going during one of the busier times. Lines may be a little long, but you won't have nearly the lines that you would during the busier times.

The biggest thing is to take advantage of the fast pass system. It will help you get a lot more done or lot quicker. Maybe you will get lucky and win the dream fast pass ;-)

Don't worry about it though. It's not worth ruining your trip over some lines. No matter what, you will have a great time!

Start early and get a fast pass for the big ride at each park. So when you go to Magic Kingdom you would want to eather hit Frontier land for splash/thunder mountain or tomorrow land for space mountain and buzz lightyear. Epcot go directly to soarin and you might be able to ride without fast pass, I did future world the other day in about 4 hours (soaring and test track are the only hard ones there). MGM go get a fast pass for either tower of terror or rockin roller coaster and ride the other, by the time your done with one the fast pass should be time for the other. Animal Kingdom will only have a line for Everest so hit it first.

Just use fast passes as much as possible and remember the times they say on the sign are pretty accurate. Magic Kingdom is the hardest but depending on how many days you will be there you should be able to get it done.

The only other tip is if your staying at a Disney Resort DO NOT GO TO THE PARK WITH THE EXTRA MAGIC HOURS OPENING it will be busy all day long and the lines will be stupid long. If you want to go to a park with a extra magic hours closing avoid that park until just before regular closing.

Have fun and don't forget your on vacation so don't sweat the small stuff.

plan your trip before arriving in Orlando. Make dining reservations in advance. If possible buy the dining plan - what a great deal! Take advantage of the extra magic hours. Becoming familiar with the attractions and the parks will make a big difference. Go to the most popular attractions first and get a fast pass. Read the fast pass for the time that you can get another fast pass. Explore Disney outside the parks. The pools, boats, and golf courses are great. Depending on the temperatures, the water parks are a blast. Disney is loads of fun but can be intimidating. Plan before you go!

Don't worry. The crowds won't get bad until the week after as Presidents' Day/Week approaches. The best thing you can do is take advantage of Disney's FASTPASS System.

"Disney's FASTPASS service is sure to help you get the most enjoyment out of your day at the Walt Disney World Resort! This free Guest Service saves your place in line, allowing you to venture off and experience more of the wonders of Walt Disney World — before returning to board your attraction with a minimal wait."

Also, if you're staying at one of the Resorts on Walt Disney World property you have access to the "Extra Magic Hours." This really helps when the parks are crowded. During the Extra Magic Hours the theme parks are open only to Guests of the Walt Disney World Resort. For example, this past summer the Magic Kingdom stayed open until 2:00am for the Extra Magic Hours. There were no crowds and my boyfriend and I literally walked right onto every attraction. It was awesome!

Hope I could help! Have fun!

* My sister will be celebrating her ninth birthday the day you arrive at Walt Disney World. *

Feburary is a nice time to go. The lines are never long at this time. The first two times I been to Disney in May and June the lines were longs, it was too crowed and too hot. The next time I went in Feb and there was no long lines, the weather was nice and warm and it wasn't crowed at all. Now I always go in Feb. I would never go back in the summer.

If you want to get on the rides, buy the fast pass. It can be expensive but worth it. With every Disney ticket you get ONE fast pass in which you go to the ONE ride you want to go straight (sometimes you wait 5 min-better than the 70 min wait!) to the front, then you scan it-the computer tells you what time to come back to go to the front of the line...then you come back and go in at that time. BUT it is for only ONE ride, not all of them have it either (some rides you cannot go to the front)...so invest in the fast pass. Call Disney Resorts to find out the cost and if they are offering it.

Disney is very organized so lines are never really that bad except at peak times like spring break and christmas....unlike Universal Studios, which can be a nightmare. Take advantage of their fast pass system and you will have a blast! Very nice weather that time of year also. Enjoy!!

don't worry, you'll have a great time. I believe that is just before president's weekend so maybe the lines won't be that long. Either way, get some fast passes, take you time, and you'll have a great vacation
