Still your body using your mind, then still your mind using your heart....IF you can do this, you will fly....lol
It's not hard to still your body, but it's not as easy to still your mind. But if you can still your body, you will know what to do next.
A good sign that this is happening is when you go deaf...lol...Don't be afraid, you'll feel how your sense of hearing will change dramatically...You probably have not felt anything like this before, it feels like complete silence. This experience is very disturbing, but do not fear. This will probably get you out of concentration, but keep practicing until you master it; when you do, then you'll start interacting with your mind....lol...This is awesome.....A Lot of Fun.

Hi there, I think that you might want to place your question in the 'alternative' section that includes paranormal. It's under Science and Mathematics, for some reason (?). There are hundreds, if not thousands, of web sites dedicated to explaining astral travel and out of body experiences. i will objective to make myself available throughout those situations...i'm contained in the pacific time zone besides. you've my permission to deliver the impact on to me in case you want....throughout those situations. yet in the different case, I might want to nevertheless manage to %. up the options later...inspite of when you're literally not sending it to me at that second. Sounds exciting, we are going to see the way it is going. :) *EDIT* nicely, to be truthful, i did not get something all weekend. once you emailed me and when I got here the following and skim this even with the actuality that, I gained an image. That image stuck with me. yet then I were given bombarded with assistance from all sorts of alternative animals in my head. :) way random ones, like a sloth and that creepy searching monkey...that i will't undergo in ideas the call of, then i change into listening to some argument in my head about how insects do not count number. In different words, I had a not ordinary time filtering out each and every thing except on your %. anyhow, so i'm sticking to the first image that got here to me. The Jaguar. i'm questioning that got here from my distant viewing ingredient because my brother has a image of one above his mattress (that I were given him) and that is the image I kept getting of it. So, I did this for you. :) I already understand that i will do this and that i already understand that i'm psychic and that i exist lol yet i do not ideas being portion of your try. the only element is that once i'm requested to do something psychically correct, i'm the merely one being requested.
