It should look like this:
He goes shopping in Queen Street every Wednesday. First he goes to the bank, then to the bakers, and then to the supermarket.
I asked him what else he did.
He replied, "I do my neighbors shopping at the same time. She's elderly and doesn't get out much. Do you want to help me next week?"

There are not 14 punctuation errors. There are punctuation, a spelling error (our instead of out) and capitalization errors (not the same as punctuation) -- that is, unless you also wanted to include the errors in your actual question --- I did not count those. I don't know where you are from (dialect and use of words sometimes differ), but if Queen Street is an actual street with shops, the phrase should be "shopping ON Queen Street," unless Queen Street is a type of shopping mall.
The passage should be as follows:
He goes shopping in Queen Street every Wednesday. First, he goes to the bank, then to the bakers and then to the supermarket.
I asked him what else he did.
He replied, "I do my neighbour's shopping at the same time. She's elderly and doesn't get out much. Do you want to help me next week?"
An alternate to the last part could also be:
I asked him what else he did; he replied, "I do my neighbour's shopping at the same time. She's elderly and doesn't get out much. Do you want to help me next week?"
This puts a semicolon, instead of a period, after the sentence about asking him what he did and before the reply. Either works, but if they will be separated into separate paragraphs (also incorrect -- should never have a one sentence paragraph), then you should have a period after "did."

Goodness me, this is really basic stuff. I'm shocked you don't know this yourself.

Well, there's no apostrophe in errors. "Can you see..." should be a new sentence. "There are..." should be too.
Oh sorry - you meant the writing underneath the question.
Okay.
He goes shopping in Queen Street every Wednesday. First, he goes to the bank, then to the bakers, and then to the supermarket.
I asked him what else he did.
He replied, "I do my neighbour's shopping at the same time. She's elderly and doesn't get out much - do you want to help me next week?"
