it could be the lack of options at the womens division theres only really jillian hall ashley michelle mccool and kristal marshall i dont know about you but theres so much u can only do with lack of options

It's like that b/c even though Raw has the Women's Championship in place of that on Smackdown they have the Cruiserweight Title.
