yes i have love i don't how the law applies if your from england but if you are both agreeable it should take 3 months and around 300 quid not a lot to put it behind you .good luck and hope things work out well for u both.

am scottish n as far as i know the only way 2 get divorced is through the courts n ye need a lawyer/soliciter - so naw it wont be cheap !!!

Go the nearest courthouse and ask. I am sure that they will be able to give you the proper information.
