If we give you writing topics, they won't be yours. To journal effectively, you must write about your innermost thoughts and feelings. What do you like to do? What do you enjoy? Who are your friends and family? What are your hopes and dreams? How do you envision your future? Who do you most admire? What makes you really angry? What makes you happy?
