It largely depends on where you live. If you live in a small town, some of them will be, but some privately-owned stores and such may not be. If you live in Chicago or Indianapolis, most the stores/restaurants/etc. will be open but will probably have special hours.

Yes they are all open. I would think the Restraunts around Chicago and Indy would have special hours and other kinds of specials. GO BEARS!!
