Have you tried turning on the radio or BET? That's where most of the new mainstream stuff shows up.

As far as new RnB, I can't tell you where to look cept into the past. Check out anything labeled as New Jack Swing, old motown, or maybe jazz influenced artists like En Vogue.

if you go on limewire and type in one of ur fave artist u can probably find mixes with them or unreleased tracks.

not a whole lot of variation in the RnB and hip hop genre of music. it is pretty mindless sh!t that was meant to milk you for every cent you have buying their music, clothes, lunch boxes, rectal cream...all to be as cool as them.
try listening to classical, i doubt that you will get through the endless crap (good kind) they have in your lifetime...thats of course if you want to dive into the music and not just scratch the superficiality of it by just listening to it in the background.
